Decisions and resubmission

The reviewing process has been completed and all authors have been informed of the decision about their submissions. Over 90 submissions have been accepted or conditionally accepted. We were delighted by the quality and variety of the submissions. All accepted submissions need to be resubmitted through Easychair before 1 May 2017 in Word format (doc or docx) including the authors’ name(s) and affiliation(s).
